Corrosion Assessment & Belly Repairs
Remove and replace damaged belly skin; fabricate filler; repair/install doubler; locate and install fasteners per approved data.

407 Broom Closet and Web Repair
Carefully remove existing damaged stiffener T-bracket. Fabricate or supply replacement stiffener as required. Locate, align, and install new stiffener in accordance with project specifications.

L/H 407 Door Opener Strut Brkt
Remove the damaged opener bracket and replace it with a new, improved bracket for enhanced performance and durability.

L/H & R/H Aft Broom Closet Stiffener Splice Repair
Removal and replacement of affected stiffener and web sections. Repairs performed per Bell SRM and DER-approved engineering, reducing downtime by up to two days.

Crack Longeron Replacement - 206B, 206L, & 407
Removed cracked longeron and replace with new longeron in accordance SRM procedures.

Fire Wall Repair
Stop-drilled identified crack and installed titanium doubler in accordance with the applicable Bell (SRM) instructions. Repair completed using approved materials and methods.

Mold for Fabricating Repair for Cabin Door
Cracks Indentified in the cabin door common area will be repaired in accordance with DER-approved engineering drawings. The repair procedure includes.
Stop-drilling the crack to prevent further damage
Fabricating a doubler from O condition material
Forming (press/molded) the doubler to the required contour
Performing heat treatment as specified
Installing the doubler using existing and/or newly located fastener positions per approved data
All work will be accomplished in accordance with approved engineering documentation and applicable SRM.
